Rates: We offer a variety of accommodations for both long-term and nightly guests. Select from the options below.

• One-bedroom apartments: $250/night plus tax.
• Studio apartment: $225/night plus tax.
• Village B & B: $175/night plus tax.
• More than two guests requires an additional cleaning charge of $25 a night.
• Children under five years are free.

Policies:

• Deposit of 25% of the total is required at the time of reservation to hold the date. Please include your credit card information and one of our staff will call or e-mail with a confirmation and instructions for arrival.
• Guests may also pay the deposit by bank check, traveler's checks, Western Union or by wiring funds. Please call 917-545-4082 or 646-352-3865 for instructions.
• We only accept Visa or Mastercard, not American Express.
• No minimum stay required on weekdays, (Sunday through Thursday).
• Weekends require a two night minimum stay, (Friday and Saturday).
• Holiday weekends may require a three night minimum stay.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Limited accommodations for guest pets.
• Children are welcome.
• No childcare is provided.
• Check out time is 12:00pm.
• Cancellations: Our cancellation is 14 days in advance of the date of arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, your security deposit will not be reimbursed.
• The Brand Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to request a guest to meet us at a different location if we can not be available at the selected B&B to distribute keys.
