Special Rates thru June 2009:

• One-bedroom apartments: $175/night plus tax.
• Studio apartment: $150/night plus tax.
• Two-bedroom apartment: $325/night plus tax for one to four guests.
• Village B & B: $125/night plus tax.
• More than two guests requires an additional charge of $60 a night.
• Children under five years are free.

Policies:

• Deposit of 50% of the total is required at the time of reservation to hold the date. Please include your credit card information and one of our staff will call or e-mail with a confirmation and instructions for arrival.
• Guests may also pay the deposit by bank check, traveler's checks, Western Union or by wiring funds. Please call 917-545-4082 or 646-352-3865 for instructions.
• We only accept Visa or Mastercard, not American Express.
• No minimum stay required.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Children are welcome.
• No childcare is provided.
• Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.
• Cancellations: Our cancellation policy for non-holidays is 14 days in advance of the date of arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, your security deposit will not be reimbursed. No exceptions. Our cancellation policy for holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Passover, Valentine's Day and July 4) is 30 days in advance of the date of arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, your security deposit will not be reimbursed. No exceptions.
• The Brand Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to request a guest to meet us at a different location if we can not be available at the selected B&B to distribute keys.
