Guest Comment "We had a fantastic 4-night stay with Brand Bed & Breakfast at their Chelsea location (we were in the studio). The location is great, and the room is very nice...and an incredible value given that it is easy walking distance to Time Square. We worked with Debby, Jes, and Harriett Brand throughout the course of planning our stay and arriving at the room. All three were friendly, helpful, and responsive. While my wife and I generally like to try staying in different places whenever we visit somewhere, we agreed that we wouldn't even consider a different option the next time we go to NYC. We also partially paid with a BedandBreakfast.com gift certificate, which was no problem at all. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation, and a huge part of that was staying with Brand Bed & Breakfast." 	Village B & B: Cozy and economical, the Village B & B is located on the third floor at 158 W. 13th St. It offers two rooms, a bedroom and a sitting room with a semi-private bath. During week-days from 9 – 6 pm, the bathroom is shared with a one-person office. It is private after 6 pm. The B & B has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker and hair dryer. Note: All one bedrooms apartment are located on the 4th floor in historic New York brownstones and there is no elevator, the studio is located on the first floor.
